More than numbers... 200 years of audit impact
Embark on a journey through time with this exhibition that showcases Auditors-General who have shaped public sector auditing in New South Wales, and the people who have underpinned the work.
Learn more about the profession of auditing, and explore some of the diverse and impactful audits undertaken over the years. From handwritten colonial accounts of livestock and convicts, through to contemporary and emerging approaches to auditing the public sector, witness the evolution of the Audit Office of New South Wales that’s shaped how Parliament holds government to account in the state.
The exhibition is being hosted at Parliament House by the Hon Ben Franklin, President of the Legislative Council, and the Hon Greg Piper, Speaker of the Legislative Assembly.
How to see the exhibition
Visit the exhibition at NSW Parliament House on weekdays, 9am to 5pm between March 5 and 28. Access is to the left of the building via the security gatehouse.
