Enjoy a delicious three course lunch in the beautiful Strangers’ Restaurant. Executive Chef, Vanessa Harcourt has designed menu that showcases the wonderful flavours of local produce from across the state. Optional matching wines are also available. The menu rotates throughout the year to accommodate the seasonal change of local produce. High Tea | Every Friday | 12:00 pm to 3:00 pm

High Tea is held every Friday in the Stranger’s Restaurant and provides a rare opportunity for the public to experience a Traditional High Tea served on the Parliamentary Crested Wedgwood plates. Executive Chef, Vanessa and Pastry Chef, Mike have designed an amazing selection of sweet and savoury delights that showcase the wonderful delicacies of New South Wales. Enjoy a delicious handmade and freshly baked High Tea overlooking the beautiful Domain. Public Cafe | Monday to Friday | 9:30 am to 4:00 pm

The Public Cafe located just off the Parliament’s central Fountain Court is an ideal place to enjoy a coffee or light meal whilst exploring the wonders of Parliament House. The range of items include handmade delicacies such as cakes, pastries, gourmet sandwiches, ham & cheese croissants and scones with cream &  jam. Hot items are available between 11:30 am to 2:15 pm. Find out more

The Parliament Gift Shop is located within the Public Cafe and includes a range of products sourced from local NSW farmers, designers and artist.
Items include a selection of handcrafted organic soy candles, 100% raw honey, organic skincare products, Parliamentary history books, stationery items, rural printed greeting cards and books, indigenous designed scarves, coffee mugs and pillows and a selection wine, gin, whisky, beer and rum.

Located within the historic precinct of Sydney, this heritage listed building is rich in history and full of hidden surprises. There are seven unique event spaces within Parliament House that are available to hire, including a stunning auditorium, a large dining room with garden views and a majestic library which dates back to 1905. Visitors have the rare opportunity to experience key moments in the history of Australian politics whilst exploring the magnificent collection of historic artefacts, priceless art and precious antiques.
