Heavily involved in the industry with executive roles in the Society for Australian Film and Television Arts and Sciences, Australian Actors Equity and the International Association of Women in Radio and Television. Resigned from Parliament in 1998. Member of New South Wales Judicial Commission. Member of Administrative Decisions Tribunal (Legal Services Division). Recreational interests include swimming, gardening, trekking.
