Since 1856, sessional returns have been published in the Journal of the Legislative Council at the conclusion of each session of Parliament. They include a comprehensive index to the Minutes, an index to papers tabled, and a series of returns summarising key aspects of business.
All sessional returns for the first session of the fifty-third Parliament (29 April 2003 to 19 May 2006) to the first session of the fifty-fourth Parliament (8 May 2007 to 22 December 2010) have been published below. Sessional returns for the first session of the fifty-fifth Parliament (3 May 2011 to 8 September 2014) to the first session of the fifty-seventh Parliament (7 May 2019 to 3 March 2023) are being progressively updated and made available online.
