Answer -

I'm advised:

Between 29 February and 24 May 2024 there have been 25 completed health interventions.

People who access the health intervention provided by St Vincent's Health Network are required to provide:

  • fine notice number
  • first and middle names
  • last name
  • postcode
  • date of birth.

This information is submitted to Revenue NSW for validation to finalise the fine. Revenue NSW has processes in place to match data securely and confidentially to fine information through the NSW Police information system.
