Jackson, Rose to the Minister for Aboriginal Affairs, Minister for the Arts, Minister for Regional Youth, and Minister for Tourism representing the Minister for Lands and Water, and Minister for Hospitality and Racing

(1) What is the Minister doing to support those license holders who have been severely impacted by the Barwon-Darling Water Sharing Plan amendments?

(2) What steps has the Minister taken to amend compensation provisions of the Water Management Act 2000 in relation to access for impacted license holders on the Barwon-Darling?
Answer -

(1) The Minister will respond to this matter within the provisions of the Water Management Act 2000.

(2) This matter may be considered the next time the Water Management Act 2000 is reviewed.
