Jackson, Rose to the Minister for Mental Health, Regional Youth and Women representing the Minister for Water, Property and Housing

(1) How many Department of Housing properties have been sold in Glebe in the past three years?

(a) How much in total was made from the sale of these properties?

(b) Could the Minister please provide a list of the properties that were sold with addresses?

(c) Please provide how much each property sold for?

(d) Were any tenants vacated from these properties prior to their sale?

(e) On average how long did properties remain vacant until they were sold?
Answer -

I am advised:

(1) No properties were sold between 2018-19 and 2019-20, and three residential dwellings were sold in 2020-21.

(a) Gross sales proceeds for the properties sold in 2020-21 were $3,377,000.

(b-c) Information is not publicly released in accordance with the Privacy and Personal Information Protection Act 1998.

(d) All properties were sold as vacant possession.

(e) 12 weeks
