Information on current projects is available at: https://www.dpie.nsw.gov.au/land-and-housing-corporation.

(3) An additional $183 million for social housing was announced on 16 October 2021, as part of the NSW Government’s COVID-19 economic recovery strategy. The funding includes $80 million for LAHC. Further details are available at: www.dpie.nsw.gov.au/news-and-events/articles/2021/Social-housing-investment-key-to-recovery-roadmap.

(4) In 2021, over $517 million was allocated to social housing maintenance and repairs.

(a) LAHC directly bases its maintenance expenditure on priority and need.
