(1) How many residential landlords have applied for a Residential Tenancy Support Payment for agreeing to reduce the rent for COVID-19 impacted tenants from 14 July 2021?

(2) How many residential landlords have applied the COVID-19 land tax benefit for agreeing to reduce the rent for COVID-19 impacted tenants from 14 July 2021?

(3) How much of the $210 million the New South Wales Government allocated to rent relief has been spent?

(1) Information on the Government’s residential tenancy support payments including the number of applications received, number of applications approved or declined and the total amount released can be found on the Fair Trading website.
