(1) Noting the recommendations outlined in the Biennial report of the deaths of children in NSW: 2016-2017:

(a) What is the progress of implementing:

(i) Recommendation 1 – safe sleeping vulnerable families?

(ii) Recommendation 2 – identification of illness in infants?

(iii) Recommendation 3 – Safer vehicle choices?

(iv) Recommendation 4 – Child restraints and seatbelts?

(v) Recommendation 9 – quad bikes?

(vi) Recommendation 10 – focused prevention plan, managing and containing risk?

(vii) Recommendation 11?

(viii) Recommendation 12 – ongoing monitoring and evaluation?

(ix) Recommendation 15 – review following suicide?

(x) Recommendation 16 – young people in care?

(xii) Recommendation 17 – carer mental illness?
