Jackson, Rose to the Special Minister of State, Minister for the Public Service and Employee Relations, Aboriginal Affairs, and the Arts, Vice-President of the Executive Council representing the Minister for Sport, Multiculturalism, Seniors and Veterans

Please provide a full list of all the commissioners/ambassadors/tsars/envoys/etc that the Minister has portfolio responsibility for, with information on the office holder including: name and brief bio, remuneration, statutory authority/legislative/regulatory powers if any, and position description/scope of duties.
