(a) How many complaints or reports of workplace bullying were made by Corrective Services NSW employees in each of the following years:

(v) 2019?

(b) How many individual Corrective Services NSW employees made a complaint or report of workplace bullying between 2015 and 2019?

Corrective Services NSW (CSNSW) collects information and data about complaints or reports of bullying through two mechanisms. The Grievance Policy outlines how employees should address workplace grievances. This includes informal resolution as well as formal means such as conciliation and mediation.

 

The information provided are claims and reports made through the formal Grievance Policy:
