  1. How many licence fee applications are currently waiting to be assessed under the new Annual Licence Fee Scheme for liquor licences?
    1. How many of these applications have paid the full risk loading of $5000?
    2. How many of these applications have applied to have the full risk loading waived?
  2. When will refunds be given for those eligible for the waiver of the risk loading fee?
  3. When will the applications submitted prior to the due date of June 2015 be finalised?

  1. None. All liquor licence fee waiver applications have been assessed. All applicants have been notified of the decision.

  2. The refund process for those licensees who received a waiver on their trading hours loading has commenced. It is based on those fee waiver applications that were processed first and who lodged required forms, being refunded first.
  3. All applications have been finalised. Licensees who have been given the option of reducing their trading hours in order to receive a waiver on their trading hours loading need to lodge a reduce trading hours form in order to receive their refund. Licensees have until 18 September to lodge this form. They will receive their refund, once this form is lodged.
