- How many positions are filled and how many are vacant?
- What staffing enhancements are planned to increase full-time equivalent
staff registrars in Emergency Medicine for 2012-13?

I am advised:
- to (3) Staffing levels are determined and adjusted as required by local
management in line with patient need and specific award and benchmark
tools.
At any one time hospitals operate with a degree of staff vacancies.
However, where vacancies exist, temporary qualified staff are employed where
required pending recruitment to these positions.
