Given that the Government's state strategy included appointing a local
business coordinator to develop a business improvement plan for the Newcastle
CBD:
- Are there any similar development initiatives planned for New Lambton,
Lambton, Hamilton, Waratah and Wallsend?
- If not, why not?

I am advised that:
- The State Government is committed to providing adequate capacity for jobs
and housing growth in Newcastle and surrounds.
- The Newcastle Urban Renewal Strategy is on public exhibition until 17 March
2013.
