On what basis has the tender for the provision of English language courses previously taught at Hunter TAFE been awarded to Max Solutions?

This question should be referred to the Commonwealth Assistant Minister for Vocational Education and Skills, The Hon Karen Andrews MP, as the awarding of the tender is a matter for the Commonwealth
