Considering the recent bank closures across the Wallsend electorate, how will older people who are less likely to be computer literate or have access to the internet retain access to banking services?

Banking services are available at post offices across New South Wales through Australia Post's Bank@Post service. Locations of Bank@Post services can be found on Australia Post's website at auspost.com.au/money-insurance/banking-and-payments/bank-at-post or call 13 76 78.

The Government is committed to making seniors access technology and all of its benefits. The Tech Savvy Seniors program, in partnership with Telstra, enables seniors to learn to use technology, such as computers, tablets and smart phones. Tech Savvy Seniors delivers digital literacy training to seniors to develop the skills and confidence to access information and services online.
