2088 - IMPOUNDING OF UNREGISTERED DIRTBIKES

Are there any plans to introduce laws to allow for the impounding of unregistered dirt bikes that are being ridden on roads and through sports fields and parks in the Wallsend electorate?

I am advised:

Current legislation provides the NSW Police Force to seize an unregistered vehicle that is being used on a road or road-related area, including parks.
