Considering the 2018 Hunter Water statistically valid willingness survey of 700 Hunter Water customers, completed independently by Marsden Jacob, as part of their Independent Pricing and Regulatory Tribunal pricing proposal, what specific question was put to the 700 customers to test the appetite for plans to manage flooding risk to the Wallsend community to be funded as a discretionary item?
