Why has the Department of Education not provided money for New Lambton Heights Infants School to build a retaining wall to ensure correct drainage away from children play areas?

 
Answer -

New Lambton Heights lnfants School P&C Association elected to fund the retaining wall as part of a larger project. The retaining wall was not considered essential maintenance.
