7350 - PROCEDURES FOR CANCELLED SCHOOL BUS SERVICES

What procedures are in place for schools to ensure the safety of students in the event of a cancelled school bus service or when a bus service does not arrive for any reason?
Answer -

I'm advised in circumstances where a bus service is cancelled or does not arrive for any reason the school principal will ensure that appropriate supervision is available, alternative travel arrangements are in place as far as possible, and that parents are advised of the circumstances.
