2838 - TRANSFER OF AGEING, DISABILITY AND HOME CARE STAFF

Why are staff at Ageing, Disability and Home Care (ADHC) being offered lesser conditions in their transfer to the private sector than those given to power workers in a similar situation?
Answer -

The transfer of Ageing Disability and Home Care staff to the non-government sector is intended to provide a more diverse market and greater choice for people with disability to ensure continuity of their supports in the National Disability Insurance Scheme.
