What is the average waiting time for the resolution of maintenance issues in public housing properties in the Wallsend electorate?
Answer -

Time frames for responsive repairs vary depending on the urgency of the matter.

Approximately 90 per cent of works orders issued are completed within agreed time frames, with the balance being resolved shortly after. Delays may be a result of property access issues and unforeseen site conditions.
