Answer -

One hundred and sixty complaints were received during 2012-13.

Only one complaint was made during 2012-13 relating to a bill estimation. Hunter Water was unable to read the property's meter due to a locked gate. Hunter Water then wrote to the customer requesting they provide the meter reading. When no reply was received, Hunter Water took an estimated meter reading.
