Answer -
  1. The Electricity Network Assets (Authorised Transactions) Act 2015 that came into operation in July 2015 provides for an appropriate staffing level for Ausgrid, which is the number of full time equivalent employees, as defined by the Act.
    1. The appropriate staffing level defined and required under the Act for Ausgrid is 3,570 full time equivalent employees. The Act provides a five-year employment guarantee period starting on 1 July 2015 and ending on 30 June 2020.
  2. The appropriate staffing level as defined by the Act incorporates full time and part time employees.
