In relation to complaints about the cleanliness and efficiency of NSW trains, what steps is the Minister taking to improve commuter satisfaction on Hunter trains?
Answer -

I am advised:

From 1 July this year, Sydney Trains and NSW Trains will operate our rail network to service the different needs of Sydney and intercityregional customers.

Sydney Trains and NSW Trains will work closely with the new specialised cleaning unit Transport Cleaning Services to deliver a new set of standards for cleanliness on trains and stations.
