because the decision of the NSW Police Force was not within 20 working days as
stipulated by the act?
- Is there an approximate 12 month backlog on GIPA requests within the NSW
Police Force Information Access Unit & Subpoena Unit?
- If so, what are the reasons that led to this backlog?
- If so, what is the Minister doing to rectify this problem?
