  1. In the last 12 months, what percentage of applicants under the Government Information (Public Access) Act 2009 (GIPA) have had their payment refunded because the decision of the NSW Police Force was not within 20 working days as stipulated by the act?
  2. Is there an approximate 12 month backlog on GIPA requests within the NSW Police Force Information Access Unit & Subpoena Unit?
    1. If so, what are the reasons that led to this backlog?
    2. If so, what is the Minister doing to rectify this problem?
