Answer -
  1. The WorkCover Independent Review Office was not part of the 2012-13 Treasury budget papers, as it was not enacted until after the budget cycle had been completed.
  2. $1.4 million was spent in 2012-13 by the WorkCover Independent Review Office in reviewing work capacity decisions and providing access to free independent legal advice to injured workers.
