What is the current estimated release date for the Government's final plan for the Newcastle Inner-City Bypass Stage 5 to be finished and put out on public exhibition?
Answer -

The Department of Planning and Environment displayed the Environmental Impact Statement and Concept Design for the Newcastle Inner City Bypass, Rankin Park to Jesmond from 16 November 2016 to 16 December 2016.

Submissions have been received by the Department of Planning and Environment and will be reviewed in due course.
