  1. Why has there has been an 8 month delay in convening the Domestic Violence Death Review Team which examines deaths resulting from domestic violence and reports to Parliament?
  2. How many cases are currently waiting to be examined?
  3. When will these domestic violence deaths be examined?
  4. When will the New South Wales public be informed of the results of these examinations?
