Answer -

I am advised:

  1. Hunter Water's capital expenditure allowances are set by economic regulator Independent Pricing and Regulatory Tribunal (IPART) as part of its periodic Pricing Review process. Information on Hunter Water's previous capital forecasts are available from IPART's website. 
  2. Hunter Water's actual capital expenditure is published annually in its Annual Report, which is tabled in Parliament and available on Hunter Water's website.
  3. Hunter Water's forecast capital expenditure is published annually in its Statement of Corporate Intent, which is tabled in Parliament.
