cancer treatment crisis?

I am advised:
The Hunter New England Local Health District's Cancer Services Strategic
Plan for the next 5 years is due for completion in July 2012. Any service
development priorities arising from the Plan requiring financial resources will
be considered alongside other priorities for the District.
