What will the $18 million funding promised by the Premier during the last election be used for at the John Hunter Hospital Neonatal Intensive Care Unit?
(a) When will the project that makes use of these funds commence?
I am advised:
The stage one refurbishment of the John Hunter Children's Hospital Neonatal Intensive Care Unit commenced construction in May 2015.
Stages two and three will complete the expansion and redevelopment of the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit with the construction timeframes determined as part of the stage two and three planning process.
