  1. Will the Government be seeking a dividend from the Hunter Water Corporation beyond 70 per cent in the 2018-19 financial year?

  2. Could this place at risk Hunter Water Corporation's ability to deliver on future potential flood mitigation works of Hunter Water Corporation owned assets in the Wallsend CBD?

Questions relating to the payment and timing of dividends should be directed to the Treasurer, as the shareholding minister.

The payment and timing of dividends is not related to Hunter Water's pricing nor its capital works program.
