- Port Stephens Council has advised that it is still addressing assessment
matters associated with the proposal. A likely date for a public determination
meeting is the 26 September 2013.
- For this Development Application, the Hunter and Central Coast Joint
Regional Planning Panel will be:
- Mr Garry Fielding (Panel Chair);
- Ms Kara Krason;
- Mr Jason Perica;
- the Mayor Cr Bruce McKenzie; and
- Cr Ken Jordan.
