Hornery, Sonia to the Minister for Family and Community Services, and Minister for Women
  1. How many people are on the Department of Housing's High Priority List for public housing in the Hunter Region?
  2. How many of these people have been on the High Priority List for more than a year?
  3. How many public housing properties in the Hunter Region have modifications for people with mobility problems?
  4. How many people are registered as waiting for public housing and requiring housing with special modifications?
Answer -

(1) and (2) Details about the NSW Housing Register are available on the Department of Family and Community Services website. In both instances, there are fewer applicants on the waiting list now than in June 2011, shortly after the Liberals & Nationals came to Government. 

(3) This question should be referred to the Minister for Finance and Services.
