  1. How many Patient Liaison Officers are there currently at The Calvary Mater Hospital Newcastle?
  2. Are there any plans to increase this number?
  3. If so, when?
Answer -

I am advised:

  1. to (3) Calvary Mater Hospital does not have positions titled as such. 
    The basic functions of such a role are shared by Admissions Office and Revenue staff. Patient concerns are dealt with by Hospital management staff.
