(2) Acknowledges the Leader has been sharing community stories since the publication of its first edition on 29 June 1960.
(3) Notes the Leader's weekly circulation of nearly 150,600 newspapers is the largest of any suburban newspaper in Australia.
(4) Recognises the Leader's Sutherland Shire edition team, including Craig Thomson, Murray Trembath, John Veage, Merryn Porter, and Chris Lane.
