Will the $150 million in the Restart NSW Fund set aside for the Newcastle Inner City Bypass Stage 5 works be reallocated to projects in the Wallsend electorate now that the Federal Government has funded the construction of the road?

 
Answer -

The Commonwealth Government has not committed to fund the total cost of the Newcastle Inner City Bypass. I am advised that the balance of reserved Restart funds not already committed to fund project works (around $136 million) remains available to fund the balance of the State's contribution to the Inner City Bypass Project.
