  1. How many police officers per capita are stationed in local area commands located in the:
    1. Sydney metropolitan area;
    2. Newcastle local area command;
    3. Lake Macquarie local area command?

I am advised:

Allocation of police resources is determined by the Commissioner of Police, based on operational need. Police Area Commands and Police Districts aim to ensure that there are an adequate number of police officers on duty to meet demand.
