What is the Government doing to reduce waiting times for cancer surgery at the Calvary Mater Hospital?

I am advised:

The latest Bureau of Health Information report from January to March 2015, indicates that 100 percent of surgeries across all categories at the Calvary Mater Newcastle were performed on time.
