To the Speaker and Members of the Legislative Assembly,
Penrith District Agricultural, Horticultural & Industrial Society Ltd brings to the attention of the House the compulsory acquisition of the land at 127-141 Station Street, Penrith - Lot 12 - DP1176987 for the new Penrith Stadium Development across the entirety of the site. The undersigned petitioners therefore ask the Legislative Assembly to secure our future and stop the compulsory acquisition of Penrith Showground and build the new Panthers Stadium at its existing home.
