- That the Standing Committee on Parliamentary Privilege and Ethics inquire into and report on the recommendations of the Independent Commission Against Corruption in its report entitled 'Investigation into the conduct of the then member of Parliament for Wagga Wagga and then Premier and others (Operation Keppel)', dated June 2023, and make recommendations for further action to be considered by the House, the Speaker, the Clerk and the Government, as appropriate.
- As part of the inquiry, the Committee is to examine any relevant matter arising from the Commission’s report entitled 'Investigation into the conduct of the local member for Drummoyne', dated July 2022.
- In undertaking the inquiry, in accordance with Standing Order 311, the Committee shall have leave to confer with the Legislative Council's Committee on Privileges.
- The Committee shall consult the Speaker, the Clerk and the Chief Commissioner of the Independent Commission Against Corruption as appropriate.
