The review commenced on 15 August 2022.
In accordance with section 12 of schedule 5 of the Personal Injury Commission Act 2020, the committee will, as part of this review, consider whether the Independent Legal Assistance and Review Service (ILARS) should be extended to claimants under the Motor Accident Injuries Act 2017.
