That the Privileges Committee inquire into and report on appropriate protocols
to be adopted for the execution of search warrants on members’ offices by law
enforcement agencies and investigative bodies, and in particular the procedures
to be followed:
(a) in obtaining a search warrant,
(b) prior to executing a search warrant,
(c) in executing a search warrant,
(d) if privilege or immunity is claimed, and
(e) for the resolution of disputed claims of privilege.
