Inquiry into the publication of an article appearing in the Sun Herald newspaper containing details of in camera evidence

This inquiry concerned the unauthorised publication in the Sun Herald newspaper on 3 January 1993 of details of evidence given in camera before the Joint Select Committee upon Police Administration.
Max Willis President of the Legislative Council sent a letter to the The Hon B Evans MLC, Chairman of the Standing Committee upon Parliamentary Privilege on 2 February 1993 while the Legislative Council was prorogued
