The 2009 Mt Penny return to order

The inquiry concerned the failure to provide documents in the return to order tabled in the House on 26 November 2009 in relation to the Mt Penny mining exploration licence and tender process. It was referred to the Committee by the Legislative Council on 7 May 2013.
