Referred by the House, Wednesday 22 September 2004, Minutes of Proceedings No. 72, as amended on 27 October 2004, Minutes of Proceedings No. 78. That in view of the answers given by the Minister for Juvenile Justice at the
estimates hearing held on Thursday 16 September 2004, this House requests
General Purpose Standing Committee No. 3 to meet for the purpose of hearing
evidence from youth workers and staff at Kariong Detention Centre.
That for the purposes of these hearings, the committee has leave to sit during
the sittings of the House.
That the following witnesses be invited to appear before the committee:
