The Committee is to examine and report on the acquisition and maintenance of building and infrastructure, with focus on the provision of management and technical services to government agencies and bodies, addressing: Examples of best practice in the provision of those services that have reduced unnecessary bureaucracy and real costs, and produced quality work on time and on budget. The strategies and allocation of resourced by each agency or body for those services, whether provided in-house or by outside expertise. Areas of overlap or duplication across government agencies and bodies. The optimal utilisation of available expertise. The application of government policies.
