Bill Remarks: LA REMARKS: This Bill is cognate with Occupational Health and Safety Legislation (Amendment) Bill. S.O. suspended to allow the Bill to be brought in and proceeded with up to and including the Minister's second reading speech, on motion of Mr West 10/11/1993. (Resolution V & P No. 38, Entry No. 12, p. 514.) Pursuant to S.O. 295 message sent to Council requesting Bill be reinstated to the same stage reached at the time of the prorogation of the previous Session, on motion of Mrs Chikarovski 17/03/1994. (Resolution V & P No. 9, Entry No. 16, p. 123.). LC REMARKS: The Occupational Health and Safety Legislation (Miscellaneous Amendments) Bill is cognate with this Bill. Minister's second reading speech 13/04/1994; pursuant to Sessional Order, leave granted to proceed from second to third reading forthwith. Date of Commencement G.G. No. 65 of 6/05/1994, p. 2003.
